First Incoming call doesn't ring through. Voicemails delayed in delivery

My iPhone 5 has started odd behaviors. On incoming calls, the first one does not ring. Callers have learned to habng up and call twice because the second call will typically ring. Voice mails often don't come in for a week or two.

Oh no! I'm sorry you're phone is not working properly PWinkler. I know its important to receive all your phone calls the first time. Do you have the latest software on your device? Does this only occur during certain times of the day? Does this occur inside or outside?

Hi MIWILLIA!

I apologize for the inconvenience, let's look into this! When did the problem begin? Do you experience the issue with all or specific calls?
