Full sreen photos for incoming calls

When I upgraded I was able to get full screen photos for incoming calls and then it changed to a small round picture in the upper right corner, why did it change?  How can I get the fulll sreen photos for incoming calls again?

I like to help with your concern. Do you have the current software version do you have on your phone? If not, please update the software and see if this help to correct the issue.

I think that the new software update make the Photos small round picture. I had full pictures before not mine are small kc8375
