Help, please. I am on my 4th iphone 5s (since September 2014). When I talk on the phone, I either echo or sound muffled. I have been into a Verizon store to get help, and let the employees use my phone and they have the same problem....Has/Does anyone

Help, please.  I am on my 4th iphone 5s (since September 2014).  When I talk on the phone, I either echo or sound muffled.  I have been into a Verizon store to get help, and let the employees use my phone and they have the same problem....Has/Does anyone else have this problem?  I'm at my whits end with this issue.
