How can I specify DNS settings for cellular on iphone 5?

Greetings,

I recently replaced my daughter's android phone with an iPhone 5.  I use opendns to manage content filtering on the web.  I've used it successfully at home (both on the android and pc's) and it works well when she's connected to the home wifi.  Unfortunately, she's discovered she can get around the filter by disconnecting from WiFI which both gets her to objectionable content as well as burns up data plan bytes un-necessarily.  How do I change the DNS settings on the phone to point to the opendns servers?   I've searched google and all the references to doing it indicate that I have to jailbreak the phone - something I'd like to avoid (actually I don't think it's yet possible on 5).  Is there any way to do this?

For restrictions on the iPhone you can go into the settings and do restrictions on a lot of things with making passcode. You can restrict content safari downloading apps etc. I don't think I answered about what you requested but I wanted to be helpfull. It's under settings general restrictions.

Actually, yes, you can with an app in Cydia called GuizmoDNS. I've done it an now use Google DNS service or you can use OpenDNS's.
