Im trying to transfer service from my phone to my old Iphone 5. I've used this phone a long time ago on my plan. For some reason I can't get it tranferred. It keeps saying internal server error on thevwebsite. When i try calling it just hangs up.

Being able to switch out equipment comes in handy. We want to make sure that you can get this accomplished. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing the browsing history and retesting? Which phone are you using when you call in? The phone that's active or the one that you want to activate? It would be best to call from a different number entirely when switching equipment.
