I have THE VERIZON CELL PHONE 5S IN THE US

WHEN I CHOOSE IN BRAZIL TO BE BLOCKED TO USE THE OPERATORS IN BRAZIL

jose00017, help is here as you deserve answers regarding your iPhone 5S. All Verizon Wireless cellular devices automatically come unlocked. I must request that you attempt more troubleshooting with the Brazilian cellular provider for more information such as, what error message do they receive when they attempt to activate your device. I do hope this helps.

I couldn't quite understand the question, but if you're asking about unlocking the phone, all post-paid 4G Verizon phones are unlocked.
