How do I activate Caller ID?

I have a new iPhone 5s and downloaded IOS 8.0.2.  There is no switch for CALLER ID under Settings > Phone.  When I make a call, the receiver gets a NO CALLER ID or RESTRICTED message instead of my caller ID.  I tried a soft and hard reset, but that didn't help.

JW6262 - you can change what callers see if you have MyVerizon setup.
