I have an iPhone 5 with Verizon, and bought a voice/data plan for Mexico
Before I left the US to travel to Mexico, I dialed *72 555-555-5555 to forward all calls to another number.
I'm now in Mexico and want to turn it off, but cannot do so by dialing *73, and according to MyVerizon, call forwarding is not turned on, and therefore not available to cancel/turn-off.
Can anyone help?

Problem solved: I went to the call forwarding page on MyVerizon, turned it on, then off, and it is now turned off.
BTW: I forwarded the calls to my Vonage phone.

The only way I know is to dial *73. If that does not work from Mexico, you may have to wait until you get back.
Out of curiosity, why were the calls forwarded instead of just going to voicemail where you could have retrieved any messages which were left? Have you tried calling CS((800) 922-0204) as they MAY be able to help, although it will most likely be quite expensive to do so, calling from Mexico.
