How do I move pictures from my device to my computer without using iTunes?

I don't have no space left because I take a lot of picture and I try to sync it to iTunes so I save the pic there and delete it from my phone. sometimes so apps just for close when am trying to use it.

We can help you clear some space on your phone! It's going to be very easy, and you don't even need iTunes to do it. You should be able to connect the phone to your computer using the USB cable and then transfer photos the same way you would if you were using a digital camera.
