I recently just got a replacement iPhone 5s from Asurion. I have activated that phone and it is working fine. However, Asurion requires that the old phone be reset before it is mailed to them. My old iPhone had water damage and will not even turn on or connect to iTunes so I was wondering how to reset an iPhone 5s that will not turn on? Also I was wondering that if I figured out a way would it delete all of my information on my new iPhone? Thank you!!

chandler426, we're relieved to hear that you've recieved a replacement device. Since your device will no longer power on, then you will be unable to manually deactivate the Find My iPhone application on your device. However, you may manage that application online at the iCloud website: http://bit.ly/1bEhqEP No worries, it will not delete all of the information on your new iPhone. Keep us posted if you need additional assistance.
