How do I see my call history?

I restore my phone and it was back up. I realized there was a number that i called before i restore it and forgot to save it. I login into my verzion account to look up my call history. All the people I called before and after that unsaved number was there but the one i need. Why is it not showing up on my call history? It was a quick conversation, less than a minute.

You can log in online at Verizonwireless.com and look at your actual bill. On there it you can see your detailed calls. Ones that were made in and out.
