Install iTunes on your PC, connect via a USB cable, then copy away.  With an iPhone you cannot directly copy music to it without iTunes like you can an Android phone.

You also have the option of buying and downloading music via the iTunes Store app directly on your iPhone...and if you already have iTunes purchases you can redownload those to your device.
