I just got an apple iPhone 5s...already had a verizon phone before this one. I tried to change my billing password the next day on the my verizon website, account profile, but it says I am my current billing password is incorrect and won't let me change it. I called *611 but they could not help with changing it on the website. They could manually change it over the phone but they didn't know why it wasn't able to change it on the website. Any ideas?

We want to make sure you have full access into your account. You can always go into a corporate store locations http://bit.ly/3SdsA with a valid government-issued photo ID to get the billing system password changed. Once that is changed then you would be able to go to My Verizon: http://bit.ly/xB4iTc and click on the link that will state forgot password. That will then reset the log in password for My Verizon. Please keep us posted if you have any questions or concerns.
