Which phone model do you have? What is you are trying to accomplish with the reset of the email?

I wouldn't be able to function if I had difficulties sending email. I'll be happy to help. There might be a better way to get this resolved. When did this start? Who's your email provider?
To answer your question, you can remove email accounts by going to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Select the Account or Email > Delete Account.
