You've come to the right place for help kurtistroy! We are more than happy to help. When you log in online to your My Verizon account, there will be a place for you to change your device. You will need a VZW Sim card for the iPhone 5C, do you have one of those? If yes, you should just be able to put the SIM card in and the device should activate. If not, you can go into a VZW store location to obtain a SIM card.

It was on AT&T...  I had to order a new SIM after talking with Apple Support and I haven't received it yet, but I cant even get the IMEI put on to my account???  When I try it thru the website or calling in to customer care it just gives them and myself an error message.

Your AT&T iPhone 5c does not have the firmware to operate on a CDMA network.

ipit will work fine on T-Mobile.
