I am in San Juan and can't dial the United States but I can receive them. Keep getting a recording saying redial 10digit etc. and yes I am dialing 1-512-@@@@

I am in San Juan and can't dial the United States but I can receive them. Keep getting a recording saying redial 10digit  etc. and yes I am dialing 1-512-@@@@

I hope you are having a great trip in San Juan Jilljill12345. What happens when you make a phone call? Is it only happening on one specific number? It does seem like when you are dialing a U.S. number you have dial 1 then area code then 7-digit number.
