I can't send email when not on my home wifi. I can receive them anywhere. Help!

I Can receive eMail on my 5c any where.  I can't send email except when I'm at home.any suggestions?

It is all of my email accounts. Both roadrunner and yahoo accounts.

It has been happening for a long time, maybe a year-ish??

Jfeldy, that's an important clue. Let's make sure that the settings on your device are correct. Tap Settings>Mail, Contacts, & Calendars>Enable "Fetch Data" ON. Additionally, make sure that Cellular Data is also enabled on. Please access your e-mail accounts again and keep us posted.
