I already have Settings>Messages>MMS turned on. What else can I do?

Hello thisismyverizonlogin, help is here front and center! What model phone are you using? Are you connected to wifi or cellular data when sending the messages? Turn wifi off and check if picture messages will send. Can you receive picture messages? Keep us posted!

It is an iPhone 5s.... they don't send or receive no matter what I do.
I can receive picture messages, other from other iPhones. Friends with Droid phones I can't receive picture messages from or send pic messages to.

thisismyverizonlogin, let's get those pictures flowing again. Disconnect from any Wi-fi if you are connected to one. Ensure cellular data is enabled http://vz.to/1rbdFB1 and iMessage is disabled http://vz.to/1rbdXrr . Try loading a new webpage in Safari. If you can load a page it ensures there is a cellular data connection. Then attempt to send a picture message again. Let us know how it's working.
