I'm sorry to learn that you are having problems with your iPhone 5C, givemeanewphone. I know how important it is to have a reliable phone. Is there any damage to your phone? Have you kept the iOS up to date? Have you worked with our tech support to troubleshoot the screen issues?

You can check on sites such as swappa.com for a used phone to tide you over until you are eligible for a discounted upgrade.

No damage to my phone inside or out. I noticed it's malfunction maybe even an hour into owning the phone, but felt nice enough to let it pass, hoping for the best that I was just overreacting. I update my iOS a week after every update comes out to give the software time to be fixed if there are any bugs. I haven't been able to work with anyone due to my busy work schedule and inability to visit on my time off.

I'll look into it, thank you!
