I have a black finger sized spot on the upper left corner of the screen. What should I do?

I have a black finger sized spot on the upper left corner of the screen.  Been having trouble with the keypad taking entries.

Any ideas?

RonaldLandsin, I can see how this can become troublesome. I want to make sure that we’re able to get your device back on the right path. How long have you had the spot in the upper left corner? Is there physical or liquid damage? Do you have a screen protector on the device? Please keep us posted.

Thanks for the response. I have been to the store and am getting a

replacement phone.

No sign of water or physical damage.
