Within the last 24 hours, I have not all but several contacts from my 5c Iphone. Is there a way to recover these from my backup assistant and how can I do this?

If your contacts where backed up using backup assistance, you can restore using this link http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-cloud-faqs/ . When did you notice these contacts deleted?
