I have updated my iphone 5 to 7.0.3 and am unable to change my voicemail greeting.
When I try to record a new one and then hit stop, it doesn't actually record it, because when I hit play and it plays back the old one.
I've tried these below without any success:
-Switching the greeting to default and then back to custom
-Doing a hard reset of the phone (holding power and home button simultaneously)
I'd like to update my custom voicemail. Please help.
