I keep getting a message about a bot running on my phone while trying to use the internet or Pinterest. What is this?

When using my phone off of WIFI I get warnings that there is a bot running on my phone (this does happen occasionally while connected to my WIFI).  This happens in safari and in Pinterest.  What does this mean, I can not search or post in Pinterest.
