Kathi131,
We want you to make those phone calls. What type of error message are you getting while making phone calls? Are you trying to call someone back in the US? Or someone in Puerto Rico?

I have called both, people here with me and people at home in Maryland. I get a rapid busy signal. My friend with ATT is able to use her phone.

It says "Please enter the 10 digit phone number you are trying to reach; don't use *69, etc."
I'm trying to call back home; problem is I've got business calls to make.
Txs for helping,
Ben

Kathi, I finally got this fixed; I disabled "family plan" and that did it.

I have a related question -- when you turn on roaming for voice and data, does it charge you extra?
