*Yes I do have a I Phone 5, I wasn't able to get any assistance from your
Representative at the Oaks Mall Verizon store.*
*Frankly, I was shocked as this happened 6 months ago, after I made
the fatal cell phone mistake, backing up my *
I Phone 5.I lost all my contacts and that time after a 2 hour ordeal was
able to regain all my contacts on the phone.*
*I would like for you to enlighten all you so called sales personal to
really help Verizon customers, correct me I'm wrong*
*isn't the customer always right ? I walked over to the Apple store at the
Oaks and was able to have all the Verizon contacts*
*re-downloaded,remarkable in a grand total of 3 minutes,the same time it
took your so called salesperson to send me to the *
*Apple Store. My phone 5 was 1.5 years old and was in bad need of
replacement, I received a new one for FREE.*
*The Apple store is a Great Business model, May I suggest all Verizon
employee's*
*copy a clear winner ? I'm totally frustrated with Verizon and your
so-called service. Best of luck copying Apple.You may *
*consider purchasing Apple Stock, I hear its far better investment than
Verizon ? Just a thought.*

For future, the iCloud will save your contacts on that device. Just tap Settings>iCloud>Enable Contacts. This will save your contacts online at iCloud.
