I stayed up late to PRE-order a 16gb iphone 5s gold and a 32gb iphone 5s black. I received an email confirmation that the phone would ship by 9/24. Today is 9/26 and I still haven't received my phone nor an email with a tracking number. What gives, Verizon? Where is my phone?!
They have back ordered most devices. You should have received the following email with some sort of date.
There are two parties at fault. Apple for purposefully or blindly underestimating supply and demand and Verizon for their lack of communication with it's customers. All we can do is sit, wait, and watch other people receive their iPhone's before us! HA HA!
