exact same boat, not very reassuring. I added a new line for a new person and it told me the credit check was pending.
im a completly new Verizon customer so yea it said credit pending to me also

i am not getting credit for not having upgraded since july 07 when they quote me iphone 5 price. i deserve something better than $199. if i cant get better price for the phone then they should apply credits towards accessories..
Same situation here. New customer, ordered in the first 15 mins of release and no email. Just pending confirmation number. Is it possible we/I had a typo when registering and something is wrong? Or Verizon is just slacking on emails.
I called VZW today and a rep said the order is in the system. I still haven't received an email either. As long as you have the conf #, you are good. I just want confirmation on what day I'm getting it. I forgot to set alarm and didn't order until 7am EST. When I put the conf # and name in the tracking info it say 9/21. Just hope it's true.
