I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone 5 online from Verizon. The sound quality of the phone I received is very poor and I want to return the device. Return shipping label was not enclosed and on contacting customer care, they want me to print the label from my account. Since this is a pre-paid account, I dont see my order history or a tab for me to print return shipping labels. Will appreciate any help in getting a return shipping label. My experience with customer service has been horrible so far!!!
