So I accidentally went through the on-screen activation process before activating over the phone. Now, I can't go through the on-screen instructions on my phone. Does anyone know how to solve this dilemma?

I have no idea unless you could maybe do a factory reset on the phone.  IDK?

good morning emafl,

I'm glad to see that you are eager to use your new Verizon iPhone 5. It is an amazing device with an array of new features and functionalities. I too was just as eager as you were when I got mine. Don't worry though, we can easily get your iPhone activated, even after the on-screen process is completed. May I ask have you already activated and installed the sim card? If so then siomply power the device off and back on and it should register with the network. If not then you can simply log into My Verizon and activate change the equipment/sim card so it can be ready for use. Yes my friend, it's that simple. I'm guessing the OP activated the phone sometime in the past two weeks.
