They are the best place to go. Don't call Verizon on an iPhone issue since they will only opt to swap out for a used junk phone which may have worse problems. Try the apple forum first.
Hello Iterry, Wifi is definitley an important feature! You mentioned you tried a Reset which means you're defintiely on the right path! Elector provideda great link for troubleshooting the iPhone, as well! Let's try a few additional steps to make sure we get your Wifi connected. While there are many reset options for your iPhone 5C, we do recommend starting with a "Reset of Network Settings" to help in resolving Wifi connection concerns.
