Made multiple calls to Verizon, we reloaded the phone changed the SIM card dialed * all different numbers still no fix. We were told they would open a ticket to check the network and that would take 48 hours and later found out it was opened under the wrong phone on our account. Already wasted over three hours on hold and trips to the verizon store and still no luck..
Can you call out?
Do you get any incoming calls? Messages?
How about email and other wifi services ?
We can call out, sometimes the phone does not show a missed call just goes to VM. no error messages to speak of.
