My Prepaid iPhone 5s keeps telling me "Invalid SIM" or "SIM failure". What can I do to make it stop?

That is indeed troubleing to hear that your phone is no longer recognizing the SIM card, satu1234. Let's get you the help you deserve. I do recommend reaching out to our Prepaid team at 888-294-6804. You can also visit a corporate Verizon store for a new SIM card. Find the nearest store here http://vz.to/1lxpt2q
