Can you be on the phone and internet at the same time if so how mines it not working please help. I thought the iphone was suppose to be like that.

The Verizon iPhone 5 does not allow being on the phone and internet at the same time UNLESS you are accessing the internet via wi-fi.

Apple didn't include the extra radio for the phone to handle voice on the CDMA network with data on the LTE network.
