We started receiving Verizon LTE service back in November of 2013 through a company called S & R Communications.
For a few months it seemed to work great. But now it doesnt seem to work at all with my iphone 5.. I have updated IOS and tried removing
SIM card and reinserting it. My screen shows i have 3 bars, on "extended" network, and connected to "LTE".
Not sure where my problem lies.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks for the details indcar1, as we want to be sure you are getting the right service on our network. What zip code are you having issues in? When did this service change start to take effect? Are other devices having similar issues in area? Please provide details so we can take a closer look at the issues.
