Iphone 5: up to 5 numbers Call & Message Blocking service not working.

I submitted 5 numbers that I did not want my Iphone 5 receiving calls and texts from. Somehow,  calls are being made and texts are still being received. What's going on? The funny thing is, I can't see it on my bill usage (the number that I blocked that is texting/calling). It's as if the block feature works for blocking the very fact that that person called or texted, because I'm still getting the calls/texts, just not seeing it on my usage! HELP ME BLOCK THESE PEOPLE.

Texts won't show up on your on-line MyVerizon usage report if they are iMessages, nor will they be blocked by Verizon's block service since iMessages don't go through Verizon's system.
