can use some help here, spikes happening in approximate 4gig spurts, don't know what is happening, no new apps, no videos or music, just huge spikes. I Cloud was showing updating with gear spinning and service team for apple and Verizon thought that might be the issue so we signed out. However issue continues. Any advice will be appreciated.

We don't want there to be any concern regarding the data usage on your account. What apps are showing on your device as the highest users of data? Go to Settings>Cellular to view all apps and each app's individual usage.
