I have been looking online for any mention that a $30 service fee will be charged when you trade in a old smartphone. I haven't found it. Verizon offered more for an iPhone 4 than the Apple store, but then took back 30% of it with the service charge. Does anyone else feels like they were suckered with this shell game?
