Is there a way for Verizon to locate my iPhone5?

Did you have find my iPhone on in icloud? You can log into icloud.com to attempt to locate it if it's on and locator services are on.

I PHONE'S are taken frequently so I hope u have insurance

I'm sorry to here of the lose of your iPhone.  You can log into icloud.com and locate via the find my iPhone application.  I hope you're able to locate the device.  If not, we would suggest that we suspend the line.  We don't want anybody to use your services.  Also, we can look into your insurance as well.  Let us know if you still need any assistance!
