Just got a replacement 5s phone and the SIM was inserted without the tray and
now won't come out. Any suggestions how to remove?
momo33 I know I can't live without my phone. Let's make sure your phone is functional. Did you receive the phone from Verizon, or from our insurance company Asurion? Was the SIM already in the phone when you received it?
