Just upgraded to rls 10.3.1

Just upgraded my IPhone 5 S to rls 10.3.1 and now no calls in or out from the tower that serves my house...Move down the street 900 feet to another tower and calls are fine. Out and In??

Did it notify you that carrier settings updated after the iOS update? You may want to go to navigate to Settings > General > About, and if a carrier update is available it should prompt for an update, which should only take seconds to complete. The Carrier on that screen should be at least Verizon 27.1, I believe, though it may be up to 28 now (I haven't updated to 10.3 myself yet). Barring that, I'd try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
