Bought a new Iphone 5c the other day, customer service rep "ported" the phone number or so they told us. But, when a text is sent to Iphone, it goes to the old phone. Do have ability to call, search internet, etc. on Iphone, but texts ONLY go to old phone. Any idea why? How to correct? Thanks so much, appreciate any help.
Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from another phone and ask them to check on the port from the other carrier.
Also turn off the old phone and remove the SIM card and battery if possible. The fact that it is on, might be preventing the port process to complete.
