Loss of signal in area with all devices.

At my building in Streetsboro Ohio users seemed to have little or no connection to cel phones. This has been going on for around 3 weeks now.
It used to be good getting a LTE signal into the building but now it flips between LTE, 3G and nothing with is causing battery drain on the devices.
Is there any place to report this to? Not sure if it could just be a antenna issue in the area or?

3 Weeks is a long time, i would contact technical support to report the outage especially if it is effecting multiple devices. There may be an alert out for the area but it shouldn't really take 3 weeks unless no one has reported it.
