Hey my boyfriend is the only person not receiving my text messages. I've had to use an app which is killing my data. Very frustrating I need a solution. I've reset my network settings and called Verizon. I also have a new phone.
Hey there devine901! We want all of your contacts to get your messages. Let's make sure that your boyfriend is included in that group. We need to know why only his device is excluded from messaging. First, do you know if he is or isn't a VZW customer? Do you know if his number has any restrictions from receiving messages (such as with VZW's Usage Control service that restricts messages from specific numbers at certain times of the day)? Do you know if he can send messages to you without issue? What model phone does he have?
