HI I'M MARIO
I'M TRYING TO GET MY MESSAGE TO SOMEONE THAT CAN HELP ME. I'VE SENT MY IPHONE5 TO THE WRONG DEPARTMENT. HOW DO I GET THIS PHONE BACK TO ME, OR THE TRADE-IN VALUE. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A MONTH NOW. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING THAT I DON'T KNOW WHO TO ASK FOR HELP. WHENEVER I TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE THEY TELL ME IT TAKES 5 DAY TO GET AN ANSWER BACK. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS TAKING THIS LONG. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS MATTER.

I hope you can help me get my phone back. I can't believe that such great
company like Verizon can't return my phone.I made a mistake but they should
consider that it was a mistake. Here is some info that might help you to
help me.

On the verizon receipt they gave me these numbers
