I have an iPhone 5S with the new Verizon Unlimited Plan. The mobile hotspot feature is included in my account and a 7+ on my plan can activate it without issues. When I try to enable it on my 5s, however, it directs me to a web page which requests me to log in. After I log in, it says that there is an error and I must log on to the "regular" Verizon website. After I do so, there is no option to enable the hotspot feature on my device.
Any suggestions?
