Is there a charge for using the mobile hotspot, in particular for streaming videos?

It all depends on your plan. Which one do you have? Share Everything plan? Nationwide with tiered data? Nationwide with unlimited data?

I have the share everything.  I found where it says that it is included, but I saw something that said "no media" when I was attempting to connect earlier.  This made me a little leery of using it.

If you are on the Share Everything, you can turn it on in the phone and use it.
