My previous phone was the chocolate. I can't retrieve and upload my contacts into my IPhone 5s. How can I correct that situtaion? Do I go into one of your stores or is there another way?
If you still have the old phone you can take it to a Verizon store along with your iPhone and have them transfer the contacts. Takes about 5 minutes.
If you had the contacts on your Chocolate backed up to an online database like Gmail you can set up that same account on your iPhone and the contacts will stream onto the iPhone.
