My iPhone is still not fully functioning. "Siri" doesn't answer, when asked a question it keeps scrolling and then says come back later. The weather is not coming up this a.m. Peter's messages wouldn't go through. ???

My iPhone is still not fully functioning. "Siri" doesn't answer, when asked a question it keeps scrolling and then says come back later.  The weather is not coming up this a.m. Peter's messages wouldn't go through. ???

Let's make sure to solve this mystery and get your phone functioning properly, bluebird66. Does this happen whether your phone is connect to WiFi or cellular (3G or 4G LTE)? What kind of message (text, iMessage, picture, etc) is not going through? Any error message when trying weather or the messages?
