I'd try looking at the modem/router. Cycle it's power. If you have a modem and router in 1 just unplug it for a few minutes and then plug it back in. If you have separate modem and router plug the modem back in and wait, then plug the router in.
Does your work router have a limit of the number of devices that can be connected to it? Is their password something crazy and long? Verified you're inputting it correctly?
It sounds like you're going to have to chat with the folks at your work. Routers have limits on the number of connected devices, unless they have all commercial products and there are also firewalls etc. If your wi-fi works on your phone elsewhere, then it's not a setting on your phone.
