My phone is not ringing on all incoming calls (the switch on the side is on at the time of the incoming call), what can I do to have all calls ring?

My iPhone 5 is not ringing on all of the incoming calls even though the side switch is on.  Not sure what to do?  Anyone else having this problem with incoming calls?

I had a friend with the same problem, he had Do Not Disturb ON, you can see if yours is ON, if it is, turn it OFF.
